Born in the US, raised in China, with a Iranian background; I’ve always felt that I’ve lived in between cultures. That gives me a certain perspective when observing cultural differences and conversing with different people, giving me a wealth of stories and ideas to share.
Naturally that leads me to do film, as every element that separates and creates different societies and communities leads to interesting stories and many times art in of itself.
The world has a ton of gems to discover, the only bottleneck is how well I can express it with my craft, so I thrive to better myself and improve every time I am out filming; to be able to give this beautiful world the respect it deserves.
